Our Partners

Vendors we use

Our vendors were hand-picked on account of their commitment to excellent specialty products, sustainability and sharing our values. The work they do has made our ability to realize our vision much easier, and without them and their convictions, Takoma Bev. Co. would be a different kind of place.

You can enjoy products from these wonderful companies at Takoma Bev. Co., but we also recommend you go to their sites or locations and support the good work our friends are already doing!

Rishi Tea

Rishi means “one who is a seer, sage, or seeker of truth.” Rishi’s mission is to constantly strive to learn more about tea and strengthen our connection to tea and botanicals and the people who grow them. They strive to reveal the natural truth to our modern society, which has become so far removed from gardens and kitchens, and overly dependent on labs for synthetic and processed beverages. The people who make Rishi want to share some natural and simple alternatives for people to live healthy and delicious lives.

Trickling Springs Creamery

Tricking Springs Creamery was founded by two friends, Gerald Byers and Myron Miller, with the goal of processing premium milk from local farmers for their local community. They established high standards for their farmers to follow in terms of what they feed their cows, how they care for their animals, and how they take care of their land’s eco-sustainability. A large part of this was asking our farmers to give their cows access to pasture year round and feed a grass-intensive diet. As a result, their products are peerless in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Souk

Souk is a globally-inspired bakery and patisserie, brought to you by the owner of Capitol Hill’s Award-Winning Boutique Bakery, The Sweet Lobby.  With a nod to classic French pastries, Souk’s products also have interesting influences from places like Trinidad to the Mediterranean.
